USER EXPERIENCE DESIGN

At Accodian, we first understand the business, whom it serves and then go about designing rich digital user experience for the web, mobile, and tablet platforms. We use the Persuasion, Emotion and Trust Design (PET) approach to help you design and deliver the best possible experiences. With years of experience in the field, we use user-driven design practices to provide you with the tools and knowledge to increase both, sales and customer satisfaction.

Our design and engineering process includes four stages: Discovery, Interaction Design, Visual Design, and Development. Each team from every stage has a set of deliverables that are designed to be incremental.

WEB AND MOBILE USER EXPERIENCE DESIGN

We believe in providing experiences through a user-centric and emotional design approach. We prioritize elements such as the ease-of-use, perception of the value of the system, utility and efficiency in performing tasks. We provide end-to-end solutions using the Agile designing approach – producing wireframes, developing mockups in stages and taking feedback and approval at each step.

UX STRATEGIES FOR SOCIAL MEDIA

Looking for UX strategy for web, social media, market communication, business development and beyond? Look no further. Armed with our state-of-the art Wall of Tweets, we help create social media strategies that establish communications on these influential and ‘cannot be ignored’ channels. In addition, we can also seamlessly extend social media efforts to events, conferences and other gatherings.

SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT USING UX METHODOLOGIES

We cover the entire realm of software development from graphic design to information architecture and software engineering. Our software development team plays a crucial role in our mission to build, design and deliver the best user experiences across all platforms and devices, online and offline.

WEB ANALYTICS AND SEO

A company’s relevance in this digital age becomes irrelevant if SEO is not done for its digital assets such as a website for instance. That being said, we at Accodian look at SEO as an integral part of the entire user experience and not as a separate entity. Our websites are optimized for people and search engines. Analytics is also an important aspect of our service offering. Employing analytical methods and tools like Crazy Egg heat mapping technique, Google Analytics, and Eye tracking we study the current SEO position and provide detailed analytics with recommendations and suggestions.

EXPERT USABILITY REVIEW SERVICES

There is no substitute for evaluation, and so before we dive into designing right away, our user experience team conducts detailed usability analysis first. Identifying usability issues and suggesting improvements are par for the course as part of the user experience and analysis process. Customer needs are aimed to be met whatever the nature of the device – a website, mobile application or service offering.

CONSULTING AND TRAINING

Our experts are happy to help you with your user experience as much or as little as you desire. We provide consulting services in the UX design and development of websites, mobile apps, desktop applications and kiosk software. We provide expert advice in user experience, interaction and visual design, information architecture, usability review, social media and product or service strategy and design. What’s more, if you are looking to train your teams, we also provide tailor-made training programs that can be run in-house or at one of our facilities.

INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE

Users do not want to spend too much time looking for information. This is where information architecture in general and Accodian in particular come in. Our information architects are trained to organize information in logical structures that are user-focused. Using user personas and scenarios to develop relevant process and user flow models, our expert information architects create sitemaps wireframes, process maps, functional specifications, prototypes and other artefacts – with the primary intention to make the information ‘findable’.
